LD3 LEADERSHIP TEAM

L. Michael DiVietro, III, Managing Partner

Michael graduated Rowan University in May 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, specializing in Land Use Planning. His intentions were to pursue a Planner’s License and work for his family’s Civil Engineering/Land Use Planning firm. Instead, he enrolled in Paramedic School while working as a full time EMT in Camden City, NJ. After graduating Paramedic School in 2004, and working throughout Camden County for Virtua Health System, he was hired by the Camden City Fire Department in 2006. After almost 15 years, Michael left EMS to help with the family business. He immersed himself in learning operations as a project manager. Seeing the value of working so closely with developers, Michael obtained his Real Estate license in 2016 and immediately went to work as a commercial real estate broker and is a member of the International Conference of Shopping Centers. Michael has excellent analytic skills in correlating the complex processes relevant to place making and development. His understanding of land use, various challenges critical to project entitlement, complex market factors, and the value in forecasting economic, political, and cultural indicators, adds essential creative value to the LD3 team.
